How Brand Now collects, uses and protects your personal data. Last updated: 1 October 2026.
Who we are
Brand Now (“we”, “us”) is a digital marketing agency for real estate businesses, based at 32, Royal Green, Sector-15, Sonipat, Haryana 131001, India. This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through this website, in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the “DPDP Act”). Under that Act, Brand Now is the Data Fiduciary for this data.
What we collect
- Enquiries and free audits: your name and phone number, and — if you give them — your email address, company, role, project details (type, location, stage, website, budget range, timeline, the channels you use and the services you’re interested in) and your message.
- Resource downloads: your name and email address, and optionally your phone number and type of business.
- Job applications: your name, phone number, email address, portfolio link, message and the CV you upload.
- Newsletter: your email address.
- Your consent: whether you agreed to be contacted, and when.
- How you found us: the page you sent the form from, the page you first landed on, the website that referred you, and any campaign tags in the link you followed (such as utm_source, gclid or fbclid).
- Spam protection: we do not store your IP address. To stop automated spam we keep a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of it with your submission, and our hosting provider keeps standard server logs.
- Visit statistics: Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights record anonymous, combined figures about page views and loading speed (page, referring website, country, device and browser type). They use no cookies and do not identify you.
- Cookies and similar technologies: see our Cookie Policy.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry — by phone, WhatsApp or email, as you agreed when you sent the form.
- To prepare the audit, proposal or information you asked for.
- To send you the resource you requested.
- To assess your job application.
- To send our newsletter, if you subscribed.
- To understand which of our own marketing brings enquiries — through advertising platforms only if you accept marketing cookies.
- To keep the website secure and prevent spam and abuse.
- To meet our legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data.
Advertising measurement (Meta and Google)
If you accept marketing cookies, this website uses the Meta Pixel and Google tags to measure our own ads. When you then send a form, we may also send Meta a “Lead” event through its Conversions API. It contains a hashed (one-way encrypted) copy of your email address, phone number and first name, together with your IP address and browser details, so Meta can match the enquiry to an ad you saw. Nothing is sent to Meta or Google for advertising if you decline marketing cookies.
You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers who process data for us and may only use it to provide their service:
- Vercel — website hosting, file storage (including uploaded CVs) and cookieless visit and speed statistics.
- Neon — database hosting.
- Resend — sending email notifications and replies.
- Cloudflare Turnstile — checking that forms are filled in by people, not bots.
- Google (Tag Manager, Analytics, Ads) — only with your consent.
- Meta (Pixel and Conversions API) — only with your consent.
- Microsoft Clarity — visit analytics, only with your consent.
We may also disclose personal data where the law requires it. If you become a client, we handle your data under the agreement we sign with you.
Where it is stored
Our website and database run on servers in Singapore. Some of the providers above process data in other countries, including the United States. We only use providers that protect data with appropriate security measures.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that don’t lead to work: up to 24 months after our last contact, then deleted.
- Client records: for as long as we work together, and afterwards for as long as the law requires (for example, for accounts and tax).
- Job applications: up to 12 months after the role is filled.
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you can:
- ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
- ask us to correct, complete, update or erase it;
- withdraw your consent at any time — as easily as you gave it (this does not affect anything we did before);
- nominate another person to use these rights for you if you die or become unable to;
- raise a grievance with us and, if we don’t resolve it, complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
To use any of these rights, contact our Grievance Officer below. We aim to reply within 30 days.
Children
This website is meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us their details, contact us and we will delete them.
Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), restrict access to enquiries to our own team, protect our forms against spam and use established hosting providers. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
