What cookies are

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as local storage, work in much the same way. Some are essential for the website to work; others help us understand visits or measure our ads.

Your choice

On your first visit we ask whether you accept analytics and marketing cookies. Accepting and declining are equally easy, and nothing beyond essential storage is used until you choose. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. Google tags are told your choice through Google Consent Mode.

Cookieless statistics

We count page views and measure loading speed with Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights. They use no cookies or similar storage and do not identify you, so they run without asking.

Essential (always on)

• bn_consent — remembers your cookie choice. Kept for 180 days.
• bn-visited (local storage) — remembers that you have seen the opening animation, so it isn’t shown again. Kept until you clear your browser data.
• bn_attr (session storage) — remembers which page and campaign link brought you here during this visit, so it can be included with a form you send. Cleared when you close the tab.
• Cloudflare Turnstile — when a form is shown, Cloudflare checks that a person is filling it in. Cloudflare may use its own cookies or similar technologies for this check.
• payload-token — only for Brand Now team members who sign in to manage the website.

Analytics (only if you agree)

• Google Analytics (_ga, _ga_…) — counts visits and shows how the website is used. Kept for up to 2 years.
• Microsoft Clarity (_clck, _clsk and related) — shows how pages are used, for example clicks and scrolling, so we can improve them. Kept for up to 1 year.

Marketing (only if you agree)

• bn_attr — remembers the campaign that brought you here (for example utm_source or gclid), so an enquiry you make on a later visit can be credited to it. Kept for 90 days.
• Meta Pixel (_fbp, _fbc) — measures our Facebook and Instagram ads and helps us show them to relevant people. Kept for up to 90 days.
• Google Ads (_gcl_au and related) — measures our Google ads. Kept for up to 90 days.

Cookies from Google, Meta and Microsoft are controlled by those companies; the periods above are typical and may change. Their privacy policies explain how they use the data.

Embedded content

Some pages may include videos or maps from YouTube, Vimeo, Loom or Google Maps. These providers may set their own cookies when you play or interact with them.

Controlling cookies in your browser

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block essential storage, parts of the website — such as remembering your cookie choice — may not work.
